Her Story
From Brazil to Boston — and Beyond
Thaty was born and raised in Brazil, where community, warmth, and collective care are not ideals — they are a way of life. That cultural foundation is the heartbeat of everything she does. She arrived in the United States carrying a deep belief that every child deserves to be seen, every caregiver deserves to be valued, and every family deserves to be understood on their own terms.
For many years, Thaty informally taught workshops and provided guidance and support to hundreds of parents and nannies locally and nationwide. When she realized the depth of the need, she went back to school for a Business degree to learn the ins and outs of consulting and running a company.
In 2017, CARETHATYCS was officially launched. An educator at heart, with vast and rich experiences and an extensive academic and training background, Thaty developed a proven blueprint for child-rearing success — now taught through consulting, online classes, webinars, and in-person training worldwide.
She has co-raised several incredibly brilliant children who are the ultimate testimony of her work and dedication. She has taught for nearly two decades in the Boston area and is excited to extend her expertise and support to nannies, parents, and communities all over the globe.
